Carole Douglas
_My background is in the training and breeding of horses.
This is a very physically demanding lifestyle and over the years I
sustained many injuries from falls and pulls. In my 30’s I began to experience stiffness in my neck and
shoulders which was quite debilitating. I then began to suffer from bouts
of severe neuralgia-type pains in my head. I spent 4 weeks in the
neurological department of one of our major hospitals with no definitive
results. Shortly afterwards I was introduced to Amatsu and after only 4 treatments I felt so much better that I decided to train as a practitioner myself. I have
been running my own clinic now since 2002 and it has been an honour to
enable people to improve their health and lifestyles and help them on the road to a
pain-free existence.
I am Chairperson of the Amatsu Association of Ireland (AAI) and teach continuing studies for the AAI. I am also a member of the Register of Physical Therapists (RPTI) and my clinic is recognised by VHI, Laya and Hibernian Aviva private Health Insurers. |
